WWR Jan 2009

The first issue of WWR will hit drop Jan 2009, published by IDW. I'm sure your thinking fuck Ash, you cant do a monthly comic, but I say, if Jim Lee could do it on Batman I can fucking do it on WWR. Previews and stuff from me and Joe soon. Feel free to print out the attached the image and put it up in your local library, book shop, comic shop, lamp post, no need to ask, I'm sure they wouldn't mind.

IDW have just informed me that they have put up their final stock of the ZvR Berties up for sale, get em while you can, lets face it, how will your ZvR Zombies figures from 3A feel when they dont have a bot to play with..... kind fucked im sure.

more 48 nudes art.

As requested by some, more shots of 48 nudies originals. These are ink and tone on paper, featuring a Schiele homage and other meanderings. Most of the art in 48 nudes has no real intent except for me enjoy the process drawing. The female figure is also tough to nail so it makes a good challenge etc.

Here is a shot of a More 48 nudes pieces while it was in progress... I was going to write about the reasons and thinking about doing another 48 nudes ( I deleted the rant ) as it's redundant and kinda goes against my stance on art. Enjoy the art or do not.

An Update

Have been on holiday, taking some time to relax before a tidal wave of work hits.

The ongoing WWR comic will debut jan 2009, it will be monthly until Joe and me think otherwise. It will really expand the WWR world and the way of doing comics.

The Pre-order for Noir de Plume and Bramble will hit Bambalandstore.com very soon so keep ya eyes peeled, as always WWR list members will get an email the moment they go onsale, to enlist email >> enlist@worldwarrobot.com <<. The run of each Bramble variant, will be 200. There will be 3 variation's of Bramble.
